What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you need an earlier arrival or later departure, give us a call and we'll do our best to accommodate.
What is the cancellation policy?
Standard reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before arrival. Reservations for special events or holidays require a full week's notice for a free cancellation, since demand on those dates is much higher.
Are pets allowed?
Some rooms are pet-friendly and require a pet fee — please contact us directly before booking to confirm which rooms and the current fee.
Is there a pool?
No, the Inn doesn't have a pool. Guests do have rooftop access — a quiet spot above the property that's been a favorite for watching the Pier's fireworks. Guests also have access to pools at our sister Tybee properties.
Is parking free?
Yes. We offer complimentary on-site parking for all guests, one car per room.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast isn't served on-site. You're a short walk from several breakfast spots on Tybee's south end — Sunrise Restaurant and Mi Vida are two we point guests to.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
How close is the beach?
About 300 yards — roughly a five-minute walk from the Inn's front door to the sand.
How far is Savannah and the airport?
Historic downtown Savannah is about 20 miles west, a 25-to-30-minute drive over the causeway. Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (SAV) is roughly 30 to 40 minutes away.
What room types do you offer?
Four: the King Suite, the Penthouse, the Red Room, and a King Room. The Penthouse and Red Room are the Inn's two signature rooms — see the full lineup on our rooms page.
What makes the Red Room and the Penthouse different?
They're the Inn's two signature rooms. The Red Room is a bold, romantic room with crimson walls, popular for anniversaries and couples' getaways. The Penthouse is a historic-luxury room with a raised, column-framed king bed and a separate sitting area — a longtime guest favorite.
