AGE REQUIREMENTS
You must be 21 years or older to rent a room at the Atlantis Inn.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We charge the first night room and tax at the time of the reservation as the reservation deposit. 72 hour cancellation policy is allowed for standard bookings in which a full refund is given back as long as guests call to cancel 72 hours prior to their checkin date.
Rooms booked at non refundable rates cannot be refunded at any time for any reason.
CHECK IN
Check-in time is any time after 3:00 p.m. We gladly allow earlier check-ins if the room or suite is ready. We strive to make our rooms as clean and comfortable as possible, so please understand that our housekeepers take their time to ensure this before a guest arrives.
CHECK OUT
Check-out time: 11:00 a.m. (we can give a lateOur Policies check out of 12:00 p.m. when possible.
DEPOSIT
A deposit of the first night room and tax is needed to reserve a room. The remainder of the stay is charged at check-in time. We require a notice 72 hours (3 days) prior to the check-in date to fully refund a deposit.
PARKING
Limited Parking Available upon Availability
PETS
Call us direct for Pet friendly room availability. Some rooms are pet friendly and require a pet fee. Weight limit: 15 pounds. Pet must remain with owner at all time, on a leash and no left unattended in room.
SMOKING
No smoking is allowed in any room (we have outside areas). Minimum $100 cleaning fee for smoking in rooms!
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
You will be turned away if you show up with more people than stated per room (maximum 4 people depending on room or suite). This is for insurance and fire code purposes. Please disclose the number of people in your party so that we may book you in the appropriate room.
