Our Policies

AGE REQUIREMENTS
You must be 21 years or older to rent a room at the Atlantis Inn.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a 50% deposit (before taxes) at the time of making a reservation. If we are notified 7 days prior to the arrival date, we can fully refund that deposit, minus a processing fee of $20. Anytime after that, (6 days before reservation) we cannot refund the full deposit.

Please understand that when you cancel a reservation after our policy permits, it is difficult for us to rebook for other potential guests that had wanted to reserve our specialized “themed” rooms and suites. We are a very unique Inn and want to accommodate each guest to have the desired room of their choice. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.

CHECK IN
Check-in time: 3:00 p.m. We gladly allow earlier check-ins if the room or suite is ready. We strive to make our rooms as clean and comfortable as possible, so please understand that our housekeepers take their time to ensure this before a guest arrives.

CHECK OUT
Check-out time: 11:00 a.m. (we can give a late check out of 12:00 p.m. when possible.)

DEPOSIT
A 50% deposit (prior to taxes) is needed to reserve a room. We require a 7 days notice, prior to your arrival, to cancel and fully refund this deposit. A $20 processing fee is applied to all cancellations.

PETS
Some rooms are pet friendly and require a pet fee.

SMOKING
No smoking is allowed in any room (we have outside areas). Minimum $100 cleaning fee for smoking in rooms!

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
You will be turned away if you show up with more people than stated per room (maximum 4 people depending on room or suite). This is for insurance and fire code purposes. Please disclose the number of people in your party so that we may book you in the appropriate room.

All rates subject to change, depending on season and holidays.
